PC problems? Start with a clear diagnosis.

Tell us what is happening with your Windows computer. We will say whether remote help is plausible, what the work would cover, and what it would cost before you agree to it.

What we can assess remotely

Good candidates for a first conversation

  • Windows updates, ordinary startup or configuration errors.
  • Wi-Fi and network settings, printers, sound and Bluetooth.
  • A slow computer when the cause can be diagnosed safely from the system.

Where remote work stops

  • Broken screens, failed physical parts, liquid damage and other hands-on repairs.
  • Phones, game consoles and problems requiring access we cannot safely obtain.
  • Changes to personal files or sensitive accounts without specific permission.

How a remote case would work

This is the proposed pilot path, not a claim that self-service checkout or automated repair is live. We agree on each step with you before taking it.

  1. Describe the problem
  2. Agree scope and quote
  3. Authorize connection
  4. Diagnose
  5. Approve repair
  6. Verify the result
  7. Disconnect

Permission is part of the work.

We explain what remote access would allow before connecting and ask for explicit authorization. We do not inspect your personal documents, photographs, browser history, email, passwords or saved credentials by default. A sensitive diagnostic need requires separate permission. We explain whether a temporary access tool will be removed or retained, and how access ends, before you accept the work.

Automated or AI-assisted tooling may help with diagnosis; we will not pass its work off as a human technician's. A human remains responsible for the scope and consequential decisions. We verify what happened rather than treating a command's completion as a fixed symptom.

Price and next step

There is no published fixed-price checkout for this pilot. Email a short description of the symptom and your Windows version. We assess fit and send a written quote, including diagnostic charges, the proposed repair scope and cancellation/refund terms, before any paid work or remote connection. If we cannot do the work remotely, we say so. Do not send passwords or sensitive files in your first message.
